PARVATHI MENON
Ms. Parvathi Menon pursued her bachelor of laws (B.A., LL. B(Hons)) from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi (Central University). For her academic excellence, she was awarded the gold medal for being the University topper and was also the recipient of ‘Central Scholarship for Academic Excellence’. Thereafter, she pursued her LL.M from University of Toronto wherein she was awarded the Fellowship by the Graduate Committee.
After completing her LL.M, she returned back to India and has been practising in the courts of Delhi. She has an experience of 7 years in handling court matters. She has also published articles at various national and international journals. She specialises in the field of criminal law, family law, contractual disputes and alternate dispute resolution. She is also presently working as the Legal Consultant for Special Unit for Women and Children, Delhi Police.
VARUN BANSAL
Mr. Varun Bansal completed his B.Com (H) from Satyawati College, University of Delhi in the year 2011. Thereafter, he joined Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi to pursue his LL.B which he completed in 2014. Further, he completed his LL.M from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in the year 2016. The title of his dissertation is “Changing Dimensions of International Law: A Study with Special Reference to Weapons of Mass Destruction”. Besides, he also holds a Diploma in French language from University of Delhi.
He qualified UGC NET- JRF in 2016. He has also taught in various leading colleges of Delhi. He has written various Articles in the leading journals of India.
Mr. Varun Bansal has a keen interest in the subject matters of Criminal Law, Civil Law Matters and have been practising in the said areas in the Delhi High Court as well as the District Courts of Delhi since last seven years. He is also presently working as the Legal Consultant for Delhi Police.
